What different types of life is there on Habitable planets?

well, if we are lucky, we could find forms of micro-life. it would be a huge discovory. It would be amazing, if not impossible to find Cretaceous life on another world in our lifetime. Or it might be something we have never even seen before, like sentient clouds of light or something like that.
