Curious-vey: WHY would I receive a TOS notice this morning when.......?

I just opened up a new Account and have very little activity on it in one day AND have abided by all the guidelines ??? Not only that but my Account that was suspended the other day, had no VN's nor notices from TOS and poof gone ! WTF !!! Why would some sicko on Y/A have such power to do this to people minding their own business on this site ????
