My left arm?

okay i noticed after i pitched 7 innings in disney this past week i didnt really ice my arm after i pitched i did but not the days after ive had problems with my arm before but only my elbow now its in my shoulder when i go to put it level or stretch my arms above my head i get a tingleing in my thumb index and middle finger this has never happened i take inflammatory medicine but it doesnt seem to help im not sure what is wrong
