Since when are Libras not opinionated?

I always thought that the books said that we were opinionated. Yet everyone keeps saying that we aren't. Well, for someone with Libra littered all over my chart, I can vouch for the fact that I am extremely opinionated, and it's not easy to sway my mind. I think it's just that most Libras are diplomatic enough to keep from waving their opinions in others faces. Unfortunately, I don't have that gift.
