What do you think of this story for a spoof on the Eragon Saga?

I think it sounds really interesting; however, the only thing that I think I would ociate with the Eragon saga is the finding and hatching of the egg. You say that you don't agree with the "copying", so maybe you wouldn't be all that interested, but I would encourage you to keep on working on this as its own story, not necessarily a spoof of Eragon.
