Whats a good place for a 22 year old with seizures to go on vacation alone?

I live in new jersey i am 22 years old and i was wondering what is a good place to go on vacation alone i have enough money in my saving account to go somewhere with the airfare i have been to greece belize guatemala domican republic and the bahamas atlantis i liked all of those places greece was my favorite but i was wondering what is a good place for a 22 year old to go on vacation alone even though i take medicine for my seizure so what would be a good country to go to?
