1999 Mitsubishi Galant DE 2.4L rough idle?

It sputters slightly at idle and seems to have a slight tick from the front of the engine. I replaced the air filter, spark plugs, put seafoam into the gas tank, changed and keep an eye on the oil, no check engine light. Bout to replace spark plug wires, steam cleaned inside the engine. Any other ideas? Thanks!
