How do they keep it all in place?

I don't watch wrestling. I only see the tv ads of all those cave men running around in their little underpants. And I have to wonder, do they use some kind of clothing adhesive (like models use) to keep all the family jewels from popping out of those skimpy drawers when they leap off the side of the ring and flip the other guys over? Or what? Anybody know?
