I have adult acne that is ruining me :(?

am 26 y.o and am suffering from adult acne. I was told most of the time it is an hormonal/thyroid problem. I went to the doctor and got extensive bloodwork done. my hormones and thryoid are all normal. I even go to an estetichian twice a month for a deep cleaning facial specifically for acne. Am I going to have to live with this for the rest of my life? Is there no hope for clear skin?
